What to pack

We recommend you keep all personal luggages within the relevant airline’s restriction i.e. 20 kg or less. If travellers can, we recommend they bring along a backpack (preferably with built-in frame) and a day bag. Large suitcases are not recommended, as they can be difficult to store on the vehicles. Please advise your group to avoid bringing too much clothing. They should also try to pack clothes that are easy to wash and dry. The weather is likely to be warm during the day but the temperatures will drop considerably during the evening and night.

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT OPTION:

80% costs shall be paid in advance to the company on first registration day of tour. Required total amount shall be paid in 2 instalments:
10% Payment at the Time of first day of tour, and Rest of 10% payment on last day morning of tour.
The tour price includes: Round trip transportation, Shared hotel accommodation, motor coach or vans, three meals per day while on tour or sightseeing, and venue tickets. All price quoted are studied prices and the student/parent, by signing below agree that he/she has studied registration brochure, fee structure and other charges before getting registered with Heera Holiday Tours & Travels.
Heera Holiday Tours & Travels offers travel insurance to all the campers and is included in fee.
The first-aid facility will be available with M/s Edutour official. However, the tour cost does not include cost towards the insurance premium. Hence, it is advisable that the clients get insurance cover at their own cost.
All payment should be made directly to Heera Holiday Tours & Travels via Cheque/Online Transfer.
No interest shall be payable by Heera Holiday Tours & Travels on any deposit, what so ever.

TRANSPORTATION LIABILITY:

I understand that my child will be transported at time in the Heera Holiday Tours and Travels program for field and other special circumstances. While en route, the child will be under direct supervision of M/s Heera Holiday Tours and Travels staff or their appointed/associated staff/driver/volunteers and will be subject to all regulations set for safety of the child. I will not hold M/s Heera Holiday Tours & Travels and staff, volunteers, driver, program agency or organizers or any other person responsible for loss of property or any physical inquires or losses, which may be sustained as a direct or indirect result of these activities or negligence.

FLIGHTS/ TRAIN:

We reserves flight/ train on major carriers. We cannot guarantee non-stop flights/trains. We cannot guarantee a specific airport/ railway station or airline/ Train. While we attempt to get group out of their preferred airport/railway station, it can never be guaranteed so you must be prepared to depart from airport/railway station that may be a distance from your home. A particular group may be divided into sub group in different airlines/train, depending on the available tickets as per Heera Holiday Tours & Travels preferences. Seating assignments will be made by the airlines/train, and upgrades, stopovers, changes and use of frequent flyer/run mileage are not possible. Heera Holiday Tours & Travels is not responsible for schedule changes, mechanical or weather delays that may occur and any extra charges, thus incurred, for change in flights/train, accommodation, meals, transportation or any other charges will be paid by parents or guardians.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION:

Student will be placed up to four in a room with students of same gender, in some cases; five in a room may be placed with a rollway. Adult will be placed two to a room according to gender, except in the case of married adults. The student/ parents will be liable to pay any damage(s) caused by any negligent act to the property of the hotel in any manner whatsoever. They extent and the amount of the damage so caused will be as determined by the concerned hotel. Heera Holiday Tours & Travels will not intervene in the same in any way.

MEALS:

Menu of all meals are pre-set on the tour. If the student does not avail the meals (as offered in the menu) for any reason attributable to the student, then no claim can be made for the unutilized meal against Heera Holiday Tours & Travels. Heera Holiday Tours & Travels entertains the requests for special meals/room allocations only when the student gives such requests in writing and well in advance. Heera Holiday Tours and Travels will take all the necessary steps to ensure that these special requests are not honoured; Heera Holiday Tours & Travels would not be liable for any claim by the student.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

80% amount will be refunded, if number of student not adequate as per required criteria.
Heera Holiday Tours & Travels reserve the right to cancel any tour for any reason, in which case, and no other case you will receive an appropriate refund.
In case the departure date need to be rescheduled by Heera Holiday Tours & Travels for any reason and the participant doesn’t want to continue, the standard cancellation procedure will be effective and will be paid by parents/students.
If the student confirmed by Heera Holiday Tours & Travels as participant of Heera Holiday Tours & Travels program fails to make subsequent payment at any stage, his/her earlier deposited fee will be forfeited.
if the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to force majeure the company shall not be responsible to give any refund to you, however at its sole discretion the company gives the refund based on various factors like the visa fee, program fees, the cancellation policies of suppliers like airlines, train, coach, hoteliers, operators, etc or any other fees applicable. The decision of the company on the quantum of the refund shall be final.

PICTURE / PUBLIC MATERIAL POLICY:

I on behalf of my child/ward, give permission to M/s Heera Holiday Tours & Travels to publish any or all pictures, thesaurus, research, finding and videos of my child’s work done during the duration and conduct of this program in any publication, public relations, advertisement and any lawful purpose without limitation, reservation or any compensation.

BEHAVIOUR POLICY:

Any use of possession of alcoholic beverage or drugs during the tour is strictly prohibited and may result in the student’s expulsion from the tour. Such cases will result in sending back of the ward to his/her state/country. With an escort. The sponsor concerned will have to pay for the cost of early flight, train, bus of the child as well as the escort back to homeland. The student or parent, as the case may be, shall solely be responsible for any civil/criminal and other infringement of law and Heera Holiday Tours & Travels shall not be responsible for any such infringement directly or indirectly. Vandalism or shoplifting will result in expulsion from the program and may lead to prosecution under the state/local laws and Heera Holiday Tours & Travels would not be held liable or responsible for occurrence or pursuing solution of such situations.
While travelling, the student is expected to abide by local lows, including those concerning drugs or alcohol or use/possession of any harmful article(s). The will also be responsible for any personal call or incidental personal expenses, or any damage done to the buses or hotel while on tour. Breaking these laws and rules may be ground for being sent home early from the tour at sponsor’s expenses. The school or Heera Holiday Tours & Travels retain the right to collect fines from the child on the spot or on returning to the homeland, in case he/she is found guilty of any damage done during tour.
Students are required to be in group of two or more (buddy system) when in shopping areas, swimming pools, sightseeing areas and during official tour functions. Students are strictly advised to adhere to the tour schedule and are not permitted to go outside. Heera Holiday Tours & Travels program are educational in nature and parents/guardian/student are already aware of security and discipline measures which will be taken by Heera Holiday Tours & Travels during the tour and are enrolling in the program, only after being satisfied for the arrangements.

EXCULUSION IN TOUR PRICE:
- Government service tax. (current 4.5% on Aug 2016)
- Anything not specifically mentioned in “The tour price includes” is not included in the price.
- In case for any reason may be medical or behavioural, a student need to go back to the homeland along with the escort; the sponsor concerned will need to pay for the flights/train/bus back to homeland for both child as well as escort.
M/s Heera Holiday Tours & Travels cannot be held responsible for loss of personal property including money, and is not responsible for location lost property. Heera Holiday Tours and Travels cannot be held responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss of earning from any event whatsoever caused by hotels, railways, airlines and all sub-contracted service or missing of the student during the tour due to disregard of instructions and discipline or due to personal negligence or intentions otherwise . The participants shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless M/s Heera Holiday Tours & Travels and its officers, directors, partners, agents, members and employees, participating school or institutions involved in operation of the tour, from and against all demands, claims, damages to person or property, losses and liabilities, including reasonable attorney’s fees, except to the extent and percentage attributable to negligence or wrongful action.
* All parties agree that in the event of legal action concerning this program, all litigation shall be brought only Rahuri, Ahmednagar court in India and that such litigation shall be decided pursuant to the law if India. Heera Holiday Tours & Travels may amend the Terms and Conditions time to time without any notice.
